great stay in puerto rico this summer! marianela exceeded expectations with clean apartment, comfy beds, and helpful staff. convenient location with spa and restaurants nearby. would definitely stay again.

Mattress toppers on beds were slippery and moved around.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, especially the pool area which was always quiet and relaxing.- The location was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The WiFi was extremely problematic and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience for those needing good internet access. The many flights of stairs made it unsuitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

This place is a great base for staying in the area, the staff here are really friendly and kind.

The private bathroom had great shower facilities and fresh towels!

The sunbed situation was handled perfectly. When I went down to the pool, I noticed some unattended towels on the sunbeds. The staff promptly removed the towels and made sure that everyone had a fair chance to enjoy the pool. It was great to see management taking action against selfish behavior.

The apartments at Marianela were basic but clean and functional. The beds were really comfy and we had clean towels every other day. The location was very peaceful, set back from the main resort, but still walkable to the center of Puerto Rico in about 10-15 minutes. There were also spa and restaurant options near the apartment if we didn't feel like going into town. The pool area was nice and the sun loungers were comfortable. The staff were friendly and the cleaning was regular. it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.
